In an attempt to add some color to your life Alain Berteau dresses his “Play Chair” in a day and night time look. For those who want it all you can be natural by day and a tangerine dream at night. It would be nice if we could change décor like a new shirt. But chances are if you buy a piece of furniture it will be hanging out in your living room until you feel the overwhelming need to replace it. So I guess we all have a choice to make. Do we go with the safe wood-grain and toss a pillow on it for good measure? Or do we dive in and pick the piece that screams I am tangerine and I don’t care who knows it? Now if you want my opinion I say go for the gusto-- because I have a funny feeling with all going on in the world ‘fun’ just might be the new ‘chic’ in home décor.
